Cool modern fit-out. No mosquitoes. Friendly and helpful staff. Good communication. Great location. Big, comfy bed. Nice lighting.

A little shabby and run down. Broken lounge. Front door didn't close properly, letting rain in.

the apartment will leak during a heavy rain. Heavily scented "towel". No shower door. very dusty floor. Its okay for the right price. Don't over pay.

Location: close to beach and many restaurants.

Loud construction noise everyday, including Sunday, starting at 8am. The “garden view” lofts do not have a beautiful garden view, as you might imagine. The view is unpleasant: the top of a tin roof, concrete steps, mud, trash, overgrown and unkempt (pic). No privacy. Living room curtain only closes halfway so others can directly see inside when entering the gate, which is often. Sometimes without notice. Staff tried to close the curtain but could not (pic). Housekeeping could improve; they had to return several times due to things not being clean. Laundry service lost items. WiFi was spotty, went out several times while trying to work. All concerns shared with staff in real time.

К лофтам удобный подъезд, тихая улица, но совсем рядом с центром и пляжем. Внутри чисто, бассейн чистят 2 раза в неделю, хорошие скутеры в аренду прямо в отеле

Не всегда есть шлемы в аренду. Их придется искать вам самим, если хотите кататься далеко за пределы Чангу. В самом Чангу шлемы не проверяют, но это уже ваша безопасность)
