Comfortable, homely and very good value for money!

The room was ok comfy enough

The smell of weed constantly as soon as walked in then whole evening constantly smelling it from neighbouring rooms within the building was so strong gave me headache and felt sick. Also Doors slamming with people in and out

The host was quick to reply to the whatapp messages. Restricted parking needing permits so messaged and replied quickly. Very good communication. All information provided before arrival . Well done.

Did not stay the night

The landlord contacted me to change the address of where we were staying the night, not where we booked, we went to the new property, no parking, walked in to a woman and child locking a room inside the property, I rang the landlord and walked around the property, no living area, no kitchen, didnt get shown a toilet, 1 double room with a bed in it and one single room with a bed in it nothing else at all, the woman looked distressed, I wasn’t staying there it did not look safe or anything like I booked originally. I wanted to cancel but there was no where on booking.com to cancel, the landlord said he would refund me but I’ve seen no money, £80 for the room lost, another £50 for another hotel that we got to after 10pm, I had insurance but needed a cancellation number which I do not have, this was all a complete joke, never again will I use booking.com or this property owner.

The coziness and cleanliness of the facility

Other occupants making themselves comfortable behind my window to smoke. I couldn’t open my window bcos smoke was all over in the room when I do.
