Victorian Home Near Downtown

Very clean, felt safe. Loved the kitchen, and ac worked great. Wasn't far from the concert I was going to. Only 14 minute drive to the mall of America.

The neighbors were a bit loud and had some people begging for money. Didn't feel safe to be out night for sure. But the house had passcords to get in which put my mind at ease.

My room is nice and comfortable with central air conditioning. Kitchen and bathroom are very clean. It is close to busy areas like Nicollet mall.

The area where it is located feels unsafe with loiters on streets.

The neighborhood is not the greatest, but the location is great just outside of downtown and near Uptown. It's not a hotel, but if you want a cheaper place near downtown Minneapolis, I would consider this. For being a shared house, it was very clean and stocked full of supplies.

it's a shared house, I know what I was getting myself into, but if you want your own bathroom and no interaction with other guests, this isn't the place for you. Also the neighborhood the house is directly located in isn't the best.

Rooms were very clean and accommodations from on the second floor are great I felt secure at the place

Challenge parking the first night there and then accessing the upstairs with a steep stairs

Kitchen had everything I needed.

In the room I had you could hear everything from the shared spaces and there were some noisy guests that weekend. Also, the picture that accompanies this review is not of the property that I stayed at.

Clean pleasant house, well bahved other tenants.

The number codes for the doors were so long I struggled to remember them, and had to have my phone on me at all times to open doors. Also, not a neighborhood I would walk around after dark as a solo woman.
