Location was the key for this stay. This was perfect for me and my guest staying in a separate room in the house. Although it is quite close to the city, walking from one location to another may be a reason for concern late at night. The streets are nearly empty and very quiet. I am familiar with the city and just a big enough guy for someone to think twice.
It would be nice to be able to control heat/cooling in each individual room but in the style of house it would take quite an undertaking. I was thankful for the fan in the room. Having access to additional outlets would have been nice. No TV's in the rooms but the shared areas did have a TV that I couldn't figure out how to operate with the remotes available. A step by step sheet would be good here for those not technical with the new TV's and such.
