Victorian Home Near Downtown

I loved the provided items for the kitchen. The place was well kept, and the layout was simple without overcrowding the areas. I appreciate the keypad locks for easier entrance and exits. I appreciated the clear guidelines for how to use the refrigerator and reminders to clean up after yourselves.

I liked that the location was near a transit station, but the area around the house was a bit uncomfortable to be around. I didn't like carrying my stuff in the open as people loitered around the sidewalks and cornerstreet markets. There were also frequent sirens late at night, and I think at one point there was an arrest on the street outside of the home. Although I could get to where I needed, having my head on a constant swivel even as I entered the gate to the house was a lot. I understand that it's a city, so it's expected to have some level of safety issues.

It was a nice, remodeled apartment with key code lock doors. It was clean and had towels, a fan and space heater in the room. The location is close to amenities and the rapid bus line, but not necessarily ideal for some people.

The location is not the greatest. People are mostly very friendly in the neighborhood but there was also some commotion.

Two thumbs way up rental in diverse, lively Minneapolis location. Host provides details and user friendly instructions for property keypad self-check in/entry. Great woodworking, well-appointed and handsomely furnishing, stainless steel, "Master Chef" modernized kitchen, centrally located Twin Cities rental. Excellent comfortability with rare quiet and private feel although although a shared accommodation. Do yourself a favor and book a stay at this property or save in your favorites for quick reference.

In a bad neighborhood was advertised like the person get the place to there self but have to share didn't like that 600 for a little room is not good value at all

Comfortable bedding, house felt secure bathroom and bedroom was clean.

As others have mentioned, location isn’t great, the house feels safe but people loiter on the corners in broad daylight, homeless people. I paid extra for a “private bathroom” and the listing said it included a bath/shower, when I arrived it was only a half bathroom so I still had to use the shower everyone else does. My room was right next to the stairwell that the family uses and someone up there smokes weed so entering my room it would reek of weed by the stairwell and the smell would seep into my room. Gross. People were noisy in the kitchen sometimes at the supposed “quiet hours”, loud neighbors.

Very nice, well maintained, spacious, vintage mega-home with charm, well appointed furniture & decor with host Henry's excellent guest services quality assurance accommodation/practices. Comfy, clean, centrally located Twin Cities rental in a lively Minneapolis neighborhood. Host provided detailed and clear keypad/code self check-in instructions. Home has vintage charm and a rental rate at a nice price. All the photographs of rental are exactly reflective of the house inside and out. Wi-Fi connection was good and kept strong, stable connection as well. Would definitely recommend to others. !Bien hecho!
