"Great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a decent accommodations for cheap price."

Great kitchen, was able to make a great pot of coffee. Incredibly clean! Very spacious and lots of privacy. And, best of all, decent AC! Boy, it was hot and humid outside in Minneapolis this week!
The smoke alarm went off a few times in the middle of the night. Not sure if it was low battery power or supersensitivity to AC.

Even that the clean and cheap I don't recommend anyone to get close to this place. The neighborhood is dodgy and around the house you will find many drag dilers and gambling. I left after a night and moved to the city without getting the money back or and attention from the owner. First time I'm writing such a review, but I think is Important for visitors stay away from. This place

property is nice and clean, has many facilities at the kitchen
the neighbour is awful and unsafe, I could not walking on the street even in daytime, in the evening there a lot of yelling and fighting people
