Victorian Home Near Downtown

It’s really quiet and clean!

I looked out the back window and seen a mouse by the garage. (Nice make me really uncomfortable)

Floor was creaking and location was not good.

Excellent price and very clean. The owner ended up calling me and upgrading my room for free when the system double booked the room I was in. Rules were printed in a binder and very easy to follow. Central location near downtown Minneapolis with easy access to other areas.

Inside the building was great. Full kitchen amenities with a comfortable room. Very easy access to downtown proper.

This was on me for not checking beforehand, but the location is quite rough. Luckily it's a quick 1-2 minute walk between the bus stop and the house, but I wasn't super comfortable walking around there.

There were a couple of ladybugs in the room. The pillow was way to high and didn't feel comfortable for me.

Location is good if you dont wanna pay downtown prices. Public transport is accessible although I just used lime scooters and uber to get to downtown.

The owner is very clear in the description: if panhandlers make you uncomfortable than beware. However, I saw this a block away around the corner and nobody bothered me. Once inside the property there is nothing to worry about.
