It’s well decorated and good environment all about.

Room has not basic facilities even though. Room service was poor. Comes after 1 hour of calling. Pay is high rather than service. Disappointed.

The property is nice and clean . The food served for lunch is awesome especially the fish and chicken curry. The staffs were extremely polite and cooperative.

The service needs improvement. They are understaffed and takes a lot of time to serve anything required. The reception staff is lousy and the restaurant is literally managed by two people which is tough considering the no. Of guests to attend. They should stop cooking South Indian dishes for breakfast.. That is not at all their forte is pathetic. Bathrooms need deep cleaning as the tiles are stained and looks pretty bad for a property which is only one year old.

Excellent ambience, great food, exceptional behaviour from all staff and especially the owner herself. Looking forward to visiting again. Neat and clean rooms and a great homely touch everywhere. Evening ambience is a touch of peace.. This place is a must visit.

There is nothing which u can't like. In every way it's a place of mental emotional and financial satisfaction

Superb Reception, amazing food served in Brass plates & bowls, restaurant and reception staff were simply mesmerising

NOT (AT ALL) disability friendly. For my partially disabled Dad (or rest to come)! NO wheelchair accessible rooms, No wheelchair access to either Restaurant or Reception. No railing for entering the Restaurant (which had resulted in an accident of my Dad falling backwards on Mum & she falling backwards with her head slamming on the glass door behind - dominos effect. They are in 70s. Could have been catastrophic). Also: Housekeeping staff declined to Top Up room tea & coffee (2 sachets each of: Tea Bags, Coffee sachets & creamer were provided). They suggested ordering Room Service from the Restaurant if you need to drink more!!!!! Finally: only 1 bath towel & 1 pool towel provided in the room paid & booked for 2 people. --- I have never ever faced all the above mentioned situations in 1 single hotel either anywhere else in the countries that I've travelled (quite a few trust me; being a travel freak) or back in 100s of hotels, resorts, motels that we stayed across my own country or neighbouring Australia. These are feedback for improvement. Please take it positively.

Spacious resort with lots of greenery.

Rooms need to be more soundproof, could hear everything being said in the next room. A little more training is required for staff, although hotel staff was helpful and friendly
