Neat and clean, beautiful garden and helpful staff.

WiFi strength in the room is very poor. (Max download during our stay was only 04 mbps/s). We had to rely on Mobile data. (Its speeds are much higher than the hotel WiFi.) Breakfast is frugal in choice. That apart, not all items listed in the elaborate menu are available for lunch and dinner, in their rather modest restaurant. Items have to be ordered in advance and are subject to the availability of their cook! Listed mughlai and continental food were not available. Noise level. There is a railway track close by. Sound of train and blaring locomotive engines can be heard intermittently 24x7. The double bed and its mattress in Room GB2 are old. The bed creaked with any movement. The room does not have a table or a place to sit; other than on the bed. On our complaint, we were given an alternative room.

Loved the ambience, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. You can enjoy a warm cup of coffee sitting on the lovely varanda...very peaceful and calm surroundings. Lovely staff and great lunch thali. The food is very homely and well made. Breakfast has less variety but is very tasty!

I liked everything but i just have some suggestions: 1. Restaurant can start serving tea a bit early 2. Rooms can have a wardrobe to conveniently store cloths. 3. Also provide moisturizer as a part of the toiletries

Bed linen quality and comforter quality and sheet quality needs upgrade also number of comforter should be more so that washing is done after every use

Resort is lookwise very beautiful and well decorated. Peaceful environment. Perfect for Family time!

They need more workers to take care of the guests. Room service is not good enough also. Room service came after one hour of telling issues and they forget also what to do. Geyser was not working properly in that cold weather. Resort restaurant gave different food order what I have not ordered. Moreover price is overhyped but the service and food is not competitive with it. Dissatisfied.
