Rest of the staff at the reception! Not welcoming at all. Nust look for an opprtunity to charge client on somthing. Cant even greet people.

This is a lovely place with nice management- I had an issue with the first room I got but it got resolved and I enjoyed my stay then. The buffet dinner and breakfast were very good and worth their price.

The setting is lovely and peaceful. Really friendly and helpful staff. The pool was great for a swim and enjoyed one of the walks. The walk up the hill for a sundowner is worth it for the views. We stayed here a few years ago and glad we came back. Just as good as before.

The food at evening meal was good but a bit cold.

- The manager couple was amazing. They were always ready to help and followed through with whatever could make our experiences more enjoyable. If only all lodges have Lauren and her husband! - The sunset view. From there you can also see how well-hidden the lodge is.

- It was tricky to find the entrance to the property. Google Maps gives the wrong entry point and the sign by the property itself is also misleading (there is quite a distance to go before you reach the entrance gate). - I find the pricing to be slightly on the high side given the property.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good choice of food at the buffet. Lovely sundowner area with good views.

Wifi at the room not available

Cottages are separate in their own little yards. Large room. The yards grow vegetables which the lodge uses for the meals. Staff are very good. Delicious buffet with game meat and a variety of vegetables. Maria, the server, was very good. Breakfast buffet is also good with a nice variety including hot food.

Pool was not that clean even though the robot pool vacuums were working, there were leaves etc floating on top.

Very friendly staff.
