the little gardens around the stand alone houses are pretty. the staff is very helpful, especially Rebecca helped us very competently

a bit too many chalets/rooms for our taste, and the buffet has very few vegetarian options

For us it was a convenient stop from Swakopmund to Etosha

"Free wifi" available at their reception only, rooms isolated. Walk ~200m for replying to every email. Just ridiculous.

The breakfast and diner were nice, staff relatively friendly.

The hotel is totally overpriced. The rooms are very basic, the pool was not clean, the walkways were quite neglected. When we arrived there was not a single a person asking if they can help with the luggage. We found a trolley by ourselves somewhere in the garden and brought our luggage to the room. No fridge, no TV ! We stayed at wonderful lodges for one quarter of the price that we paid here. On top of it, we made the booking in August 2022 and the free cancellation was supposed to be at the end of January, but the full amount was deducted immediately, 5 months in advance!!!! Totally unacceptable!!!!

Beautiful location and stunning sunset.

Uninviting pool with murky water and flies everywhere. Outdoor spaces felt neglected and the stay was very overpriced.

Delicious food grown in the gardens around each chalet. Lovely sunset lookout point. The property appears to be older than other Gondwana properties but with the exception below everything was good.

The rug on the floor at the end of the bed needs removing, it's dirty, torn and gives the room a grubby feel. It doesn't even need replacing, just get rid of it altogether.
