The Location was good and host also backed up well and handed over the keys in right time. The rooms were spacious with a great view. And the property had all amenities and facilities with wifi.

The Cleanliness was the matter of concern. Both Bedrooms condition were very poor. The small bedroom condition and cleanliness was very poor. The Bed sheets and pillow covers didn't seem to be fresh. There were no pillow cover and one pillow had a soiled and very old pillow cover. The rooms smelled musty and wet. The Bathrooms were cleaned, but just washed with water alone after the previous guests vacated and hadn't used any disinfectants. In general it was just cleaned with water(no detergents or bathroom cleaners used). And the door mat in front of the bathrooms were soiled bath towels. We are personally particular about the cleanliness of the bedrooms and bathrooms when we stay outside and the rooms didnt meet with our expectations at all (normally Hotels provide fresh Bedsheets and Pillow covers and can feel the cleanliness and freshness - which lacked in this property). Then the sound from the road aside during the night was disturbing as there was continuous movement of vehicles during the night and in the mornings after 8:30 am, the nearby building construction noise was disturbing. Finally, after the check-out the lift service took too long. As there was high demand on lift facilities during the peak check-out time. We waited for almost 45 minutes for the lift service.

Location was good and easy to find. The property manager was responsive.

Rooms need sound proofing. Kids had hard time sleeping with noise from adjacent main road.

Need more cleanliness in apartment, smelly. Utensils should be changed. Availability of microwave was mentioned in booking.com but host refused that it will not be provided. Towels, bed sheets and pillow cover should replaced.
