1. Parking should be given free to guest. 2. No refreshment at all. At least provide mineral water or somes 3in1 tea or coffee.

The accommodation is strategic and convenient.

There's a lot of hairfall in the toilet 2 and quite smelly. The floor has dust so what for I paid for the cleaning charges? The mailbox placed the key is damaged and my husband got injured because of it already told this to host but the host don't even say sorry!

1. Facilities: a) pool was very great. b) viewing deck 26th floor was exceptional. c) gym : accessible - to be honest i came to vista 2 times already for their view and pool facilities. My kids loved it. 2) In house facilities a) towel provided b) iron provided 3) many choices of shops and restaurants in just 2 minutes walking distance. I will come back but only with small family.

1) Check in Time: - check in time at 4pm was rare. Usual normal check in time 3pm. But they took more time to clean up. I got the access key at almost 4.40pm. Kids were tired from the road trip already. But management were kind enough to compensate with late checkout at 1pm. 2) Facilities: a) Sauna : only owner of the house can use. 2) in house facilies a) TV - flat tv but no software updated. Took ages for us trying to connect with our netflix account that eventually failed to connect. We ended up watching utube the whole 3 days of stay. You might want to consider bringing laptop n hdmi to connect. b) No dishwashing liquid provided - have to buy from shops downstairs 3) Lift Access and Parking a) u'll need access card to access private parking and lift to go up to your rented unit. If u come with more than 1 car it would be difficult to get in and out since one need to bring the access card at all time. b) extra parking dont have. Need to pay for rm11 per entry per day. Difficult to go out often. Luckily the shops and restaurant were just 2 minutes walking distance 4) lift - long time to wait especially during check in and out time. 5) too noisy from nearest construction site during day time.

Very late check-in. Rooms not clean enough, toilet no paper roll holder and towel is red. No drinkable water provided. Wrong information on booking.com as it says that I am able to check-in at the time of booking(3.30pm same day) but only after I called and ask were told that check-in timing was 4pm. So at 4pm I went to collect the room key but was told that the cleaner needed another 20mins to clean, and will inform me once the room is ready.. after 30mins of additional waiting still no news, message to ask again then was only informed that the room is ready…

Convenient to eating places, less crowded. Unit condition still new, mattress is good for comfortable sleep. Good WiFi much appreciated because 4G cellular service is highly unstable and unusable.

Floor is dusty. We had to wear those hotel indoor slippers. Not sure if floors had been vacuum or moped. Living room no air-conditioning. Despite having 4 lifts, we had to wait a long time to get into the lifts as the lifts are always crowded when stopped at our floor going down, and many times, we had to ride the lift going up just go down. Level 5 parking floor has one corner with very tight space for cars to go through to exit parking and can even see many paint scratches on the wall. It's hard to accept that we had to throw garbage bags ourselves despite paying RM70 for cleaning services.
