The fact that we were close to amenities. And 5 mins away from the festival, 5 mins away from castle 5 mins away from the garden, 1 minute away from Morrisons, and cAr parks all free 2 hour parking but at the back 24 hour parking. FREE

There's nothing I didn't like. The flat itself had everything we needed.

Fan in bathroom didn’t seem to do anything. Could do with a hook in bathroom for clothes.

The location was good. It was comfortable. And Victoria reliably communicated the location and how to get the key

Possibly being picky but.... it would have been nice if there was some soap, kitchen roll... those sort of things. They just make a difference. We bought some but... And I needed to buy a suitable bowl to microwave porridge in cos there was nothing suitable there. Also... some information about how things like heating etc. work, wi fi password, .... Again, just a tiny bit of effort but a folder of info feels more welcoming and saves time trying to figure it all out.

Fabulous accommodation, superbly fitted out with everything you would need for your stay. Good standard of furnishings, really comfortable, spacious and light filled room's. Ideally located for all amenities shop's, restaurants and bars, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again, thanks for a wonderful stay.
