Nice clean place

Cosy flat very conveniently located in the centre of town but away from noise, with a small well-equipped kitchen, good TV, and 2 decent bedrooms. Overall good value.

Hot water not really sufficient for a bath, but shower was fine. Some items of crockery not clean in the kitchen and previous guest had left food in the microwave! Perhaps add this to the cleaning checklist!

Needs a bit tlc,xmas tree was broken tie backs were falling off,towels were like paper,damp issues,the bath was poor to fill,no city view,looking onto Morrisons🤔and neighbours noisy😳

Fabulous location right in the centre

Great apartment and location.

Very quiet and comfortable apartment in the centre of Alnwick. Towels provided, also teabags, coffee and milk which we appreciated. The apartment was very clean and warm and close to restaurants, cafes and shops. Clear instructions about how to collect keys and where to park.

A later check out would have been good but we realise that most people would be staying longer so it wouldn't be an issue (we were only there for one night).

Victoria was on hand straight away when we needed to get advice about heating. The location is amazing so close to everything you need. Bed was comfortable and all amenities were in kitchen if you required them. Instructions were clear and getting into flat was easy. We would definitely visit again.

I do feel cold and for my preference the lounge wasn't as warm as I'd have liked even with electric blow heater fire. Maybe a couple of throws would help. That said the bedroom was really nice temperature. That was the only thing I'd have a strong opinion on. It's a lovely flat practically on the top floor and is safe and secure.

Perfect stay. Only negative was the steep stairs which were a struggle for my elderly parents. The apartment and location were amazing.
