Porta Palio Luxury Apartment

Location was excellent, an easy base for walking around the city. Maria met us and explained how everything worked and was able to give us access to the property early so we weren't waiting outside with our cases. It's a really nice space to stay for a few nights, good showers, bathrooms, comfortable beds, good quality towels, good hairdryers. Nice to have an apartment with enough sofa space for everyone staying. There's a grocery store and bakery across the street and we ate the best pizza of our trip in the L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele a 2 minute walk away.

It's such a small thing but we couldn't find a sports channel on the TV (I wanted to watch the US Open Tennis finals when we got back in the evening after dinner) or an English speaking news channel. Storage for clothes and toiletries in the second bedroom could be better, a few hooks and coat hangers and a shelf or two in the bathroom would be all that's needed.

L'allotjament és molt modern i és ideal per a una família perquè té 2 habitacions i 2 lavabos complets Cada instància té el seu propi control d'aire acondiconat. Tot el pis té aire acondicionat, el qual funciona molt bé i es imprescindible a l'estiu amb tanta calor. Excel.lent!

No hi ha res que no ens hagi agradat. A l'arribar a l'apartament vam veure que el rentaplats havia deixat anar aigua, força aigua (al terra de la cuina), perà la persona que ens va rebre a l'apartament ho va arreglar de seguida. Gran feina!

Met 3 personen reizen is het heerlijk om 2 slaap- en badkamers te hebben. De keuken en zithoek waren goed verzorgd ingericht

Location was good next to the cool old castle and bridge. Close way to arena, center and bus stops. Do make trips to Garda from here. Fast stowe, ok kitchen. Ok bed. Spar market nearby. Other market other side of the street. Luggage store just next to apartment.

Master bedroom air conditioning is focused to bed. Have be shut down for night if sensitive to airflow. Othervise ac is good.

We liked the apartment, modern, clean , comfortable bed ,nice linens. We rated the shower as the best one in Italy of the places we stayed ( nice water pressure and hot ) ! Our host was responsive and met us at the apartment to check our documents ( and explain the extensive sign in and collect a damage deposit ) . The location was good , we walked from the train and we were able to walk all the sights. A secure place and has an elevator as well ( no lugging luggage up stairs ) . Loved the two bathrooms. Nice windows and glass doors . Recommend and would return .

The check in was extensive. I did not like that we had to give a damage deposit that is not returned to us for 7 to 14 days ( still waiting for that even though we left the place perfect . They assure us we will get it back ). I found this odd since no one did a check of the apartment before with us present and no one came to inspect it with us when we left ) . We have given damage deposits at hotels before, however, it has always been returned at day of checkout . Some blinds on the living room and kitchen windows would be nice for privacy. Some olive oil for the kitchen is always nice .

Great location and lovely spacious rooms.

The shower heads in both bathrooms had black mould on them and I had to clean one before using it. When you pay €100 as a cleaning fee in the overall cost you don’t expect to have to clean a shower head.
