I think it is not acceptable to force customers to throw the garbage at the end of the stay. The cans were almost a block away.

It is very nicely situated for short walks into the old city to attend the opera, to dine, and to shop. It was across the street from an ATM and there were many neighborhood restaurants. There was also usually street parking so we did not have to locate a parking lot or garage to park our car. They also started us off with coffee and tea makings. There was an elevator which opened right outside our door. Despite being on a busy street it was very quiet. It was wonderful to have central air conditioning.

The space, location, access to local public transportation, access to coffee shops, stores, and tourist sights.

The air conditioning was not working correctly. The staff tried to fix it but it never cooled off as advertised. We slept without bed covers the whole stay.

Modern and very well appointed and equipped apt. Grohe faucets Viliroy Bosch sanitary appliances. Bedrooms facing the back. Close to the train station and the historic center

The main issue was with the waiting time for checkin. I waited 3 quarters of an hour. Half an hour outside in the busy street and 15 minutes more in the stairs after someone went outside the building. When the girl Chiara came she was very nice and later during my stay assisted in a very responsive way. I also didn’t like their rigorous checking process. The apt was on the first floor on a very busy street so when you open the windows for some air it is very noisy. Still the insulation is superb and once you close the windows you hear nothing.

Clean apartment in a great location. 2 bathrooms always useful. Nice size living/kitchen area and good comfortable beds. Plenty of local bars and restaurants within a few hundred yards and only a short walk to Piazza Bra.

A few more coffees in the kitchen and maybe some recommendations of places to eat and drink in the welcome pack would have been useful.
