The scenery was lovely and the the one member of staff that help us. This would be a good location for summer

The room was very cold, yes options to rent a heater was there, but one would think for the price you pay it should be a given. Second, our room shower hot water was not working, we had to go to a different place and at first it was also not working and the lovely staff member came to help. Thirdly the remote was not working properly, we had to struggle sometime to open the gate.

Xolani was Amazing, from the welcome, to showing us our room, the quad biking and being available whenever we needed him…. Balloon view cottage was so clean and had all the necessary items for a self catering. Everything was top 10🥰. We got to see the fire balloons😝

The hot water…this morning just came out for few seconds and was off🥺 but other days there weren't any issues.
