Balloon View Country Cottage

If you need a break from the all the hustling and buzzling,you need to go and stay at balloon view country cottage The host were so helpful,the day we that had to leave we had a flat Tyre,we asked the host for assistance,did not think twice he said he will help Place is wonderful,perfect for that alone time with wife Hot air balloons did go up,started the morning with a wonderful sight Thank you for all the memories Hope to see you again very soon May GOD Bless you all

The location. 10/10

The bedding / cover on the main bed was dirty and it had a stench. The bed was however very soft and comfortable. It was cold but there was an extra big comfy blanket so that helped. Would have been great if they filled the gas for the heater.

The area is very beautiful, it has great views and the air is very crisp. The cottage was clean and intimate, the beds were very comfortable as well. A great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The road leading to the the cottage is gravel and since it was raining it was very muddy, we got stuck in the mud as we were leaving. The shower did not have hot water in the morning and evening although we were told the geyser is always on and it was a very cold weekend.

The cottages are well spaced for extra privacy, the location is great. The large windows allow a 360 degree view. Perfect for a weekend break from the city.

We went on a cold day and there was only one blanket per bed when I called and asked if we can have extra blankets just incase the night gets cold the lady I spoke to said sure she will send someone with blankets but that never happened if only we knew that we had to bring extra blankets we would not been cold that night. There is a gas heater but no gas cylinder provided. The short dirt road is not bad but can get very muddy and slippery when it rains. The bed also needs attention.

No breakfast included, self catering. Location was good.
