Balloon View Country Cottage

We loved the location and all the amenities available.

The bed was very uncomfortable .

I loved the activities that took place, it’s a very relaxing accommodation.

There were too many flies and bugs in the room. At some point we couldn’t sleep cause of the flies and our food as well at some point had flies flying all over. Please do something about that

The privacy

No proper large enough wiast bin in the kithens No wheely bin or large waist bin outside - had to keep everything in house🙈 and work around it. The sprikle system below the deck were'nt working. The whole drain system are block leainig a bad smell after we used the zink in the kithcen or the in the bathroom. Mattress on bed is totally to soft for a guesthouse. We had a few visits from a German Sherphard - which for sure is not a small breed. The medical kit could just as well not be there. But is you read our feedback on the paper we completed you will get the idea....

I like the outdoor view, it was pleasantly quiet and we were one with nature.

When we got there, there was no power. The room wasn't clean to the best abilities like the shower. There was dust on top of the fridge. The colour coordination is off for me. It was totally disappointing 😞 The shower temperature was not pleasant. It turned hot and cold on its own. The staff on duty didn't answer his phone when we called him. When it was raining, the room was leaking next to the small bed. The picture of the websites did not reflect what we saw.

Very beautiful place...quiet and privacy 10/11 also friendly staff Especially Xolani always available to assist when in need of something.

I was looking forward to see hot air balloons by the cottage side none so it could be due to holidays.

The fact that there was no one at the gate,had to hoot for a while until someone comes

The fact that there was no WiFi and tv. Perfect for couples to reconnect.

The Balloon cottage - the best . Something different . The minute you enter the property you forget about the city life , the busy life .
