La Bellavista Toscana

Welcomed at the train I found a lovely spot awaited with a generous host. This is a yes, comfortable bed, easy access to the rest of Tuscany. E - bike heaven.

The crowd that hung out below at night were very merry, but not terrible

Very clean and classic; location of the appartment was at the happening place of the town. Filled with nice fragrance and lively!

There was no dishwasher and no proper glasses for water.

L'appartamento dove ho soggiornato per alcuni giorni era molto pulito, piccolo, ma dotato dell'essenziale per chi viaggia da solo. Posizione ideale nella piazza centrale del borgo basso di Certaldo, a 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni, per raggiungere facilmente Siena e Firenze. Inoltre, alla stazione c'e la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto a pagamento oppure gratuitamente nella strada immediatamente dietro la stazione. La funicolare per Certaldo Alto è a meno di 100 metri. Alternativamente, per chi ha voglia di camminare, il borgo alto si può raggiungere comodamente a piedi. Non mancano ristoranti e trattorie (dove si possono gustare ottimi piatti toscani a prezzi ragionevoli), oltre a bar, farmacia, e negozi di vario genere. La host Elisabetta è stata gentilissima e ha fornito tutte le informazioni del caso per rendere piacevole il soggiorno.

Unica pecca, se così si può chiamare, la mancanza del bidet nel bagno del mio appartamento.

Elisabetta was the best host anybody could possibly hope for! She went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay! The entire apartment was newly renovated and every inch of it was gorgeously thought out, even from the entry hallway door. Marble floors, spacious living area, 2 separate large bedrooms... beautiful art everywhere as well! The view outside into the courtyard and town was like something out of a movie. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Elisabetta's property again, thank you Elisabetta for everything, you are the perfect host!
