This is the place you want to stay in Halkidiki, the location is great, away from noise and with a perfect view! Parking spaces available, amenities available, staff is great as well!

We had a fantastic stay at a villa in a beautiful location with stunning views. The house had everything we needed — fully equipped, cozy, and comfortable. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature.

The area, silent, no trafic, disturbance. The serviability of the host, responsive, solving issues fast. All points for Leonidas, he did a great job! We could charge our electrical car, very much appreciated. We had towels for pool and also bathroom for all guests.

The pictures featured in the booking are only from one villa, it would be appropriate when you select a villa and book it to see the real pictures of where you will stay. I assume that the room with a romantic tub is for the superior villa, but we had it also in the pictures. One room with no window, no air conditioning and only with a good ventilator, but not enough. For the hot days we were in that room was awful to sleep in, because of lack of air. The downstairs room also only with ventilator, if we forgot the door closed and did not leave the AC in the living on - couldn't cool it down either. Sleeping spots - 8. But table seats, inside and outside, only 6. No barbecue area, it would have been nice to be able to grill outside. We stayed 2 families 8 nights, as there are 4 sleeping dorms - very small dishwasher and clothes washing machine too. The back patio was not cleaned, neither the table, being of glass there are spots you cannot clean up, underneath. The pool was cleaned only one evening out of the entire 10. We had issues with the coffee machine and the umbrella but we host assistance very fast, that is why points go the Leonidas! We consider that for the amount we paid, reduced by booking also, it is not value for money, we would expect lower rate for the facilities.

We found the best place for our vacation, I want to share how enchanted we were! The house is spacious, clean and very cozy just like in the pictures. The huge yard, the breathtaking view and the pool made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is 5 min. by car to the beach, and the hostess Johanna was extremely kind and hospitable. We would definitely come again and recommend with both hands! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We felt completely rejuvenated after our stay. The peaceful location and luxurious villa were exactly what we needed to unwind.
