This was a great location, with a 10-15 minute walk to the sites in old town. The apartment was appointed with everything to make our stay comfortable- comfy bed, lovely view from the living room, and a kitchen to prepare meals. The host was friendly and quick to respond.

The location was good as we were able to walk from the tram with hand luggage. It took about 20 minutes. It was also within easy reach of the old town, just 10 minutes so we walked everywhere. The view was great as you could see Arthur’s Seat from three of the windows. You could actually see people walking on the top. It was great having a separate room with a sofa bed. There were plenty of pillows. Comfortable bed and comfortable sofa bed. I had difficulty finding the spare bedding as the bottom drawer in the bedroom looks like part of the skirting board but I was able to easily contact the owners and find it. Good kitchen - clean with a few plates and glasses. There were plenty of supermarkets near by, a “wee boulangerie” and also loads of restaurants.

Needs a handle on the inside of the bathroom to close door properly and also could do with a curtain either in the bedroom or add frosted film over the glass bricks as you can see the other person get out of the shower from the bedroom. I had to get my son to open his door to block the glass blocks while I had a shower.

The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in 3hr earlier.

The flat was lovely for couples, it was clean and there was enough utensils in the kitchen for two. The cleaner was smiling.
