FLH Downtown Comfy Apartment

Great location. Spacious property and rooms.

The bedroom windows faced the back and there are no views. The bathroom in the master bedroom is not fully enclosed, so the water splashed to the outside onto the floor. The property is located next to a French Fries restaurant so there is a smell of fried food in the halls or if you open the bedroom windows.

The apartment would have been wonderful exactly as on the pictures

There was a water leakage from the roof near electrical outputs such as lighting fixtures in one of the roofs. We’ve been re-accommodated in a different apartment in the same building quickly however that apartment was not up our expectations.

Me pareció vergonzoso el trato que recibimos por parte de la empresa. El apartamento fue genial, pero ellos son una vergüenza. Estuvimos esperando más de 2h a que alguien nos trajera las llaves del apartamento porque no iba el código de la entrada (HORAS ANTES nos decían de ir a buscar las llaves en un hotel a 20min del apartamento). Totalmente bochornosa la conversación de whatsapp que tuve con la empresa.

La ubicación era muy céntrica y el diseño del alojamiento era bastante bonito a primera vista. En principio había todos los servicios. También ascensor moderno hasta la puerta del alojamiento.

El primer día nos quedamos sin agua y hasta el día siguiente no lo solucionaron. No hay parkings económicos cercanos pero eso ya es problema de la ciudad. Las camas y almohadas incómodas.

No habia ni un solo amenitie, tuvimos que comprar sal, aceite, cafe, azucar....no habia ni para hacer un te, un solo jabon y 2 saches para shanpoo....para la gente como nosotros que vamos viajando desde otro pais no me parecio.

The location of the apartment is very good - close to the sea and on a street parallel to the pedestrian street. Many attractions and restaurants are within easy reach. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Many different details, which are nice. It was also convenient that the apartment has two bathrooms. Bedroom with two separate beds - the beds seemed narrow for an adult. A good option for families with children. The bad smell mentioned earlier in the comments here - it was not there. This problem has probably been solved. You can pick up the keys from the apartment. The representative opens the apartment door by remote control when you reach the apartment door. Very convenient. 20-30 min by car to the airport. We used the Uber service, very convenient.

No notes, everything was fine.
