FLH Downtown Comfy Apartment

Great location, spacious, and well equipped.

Beds need new mattresses, couches need springs and there was a persistent smell of drains in the bathroom.

The apartment location is great. The size of the apartment is wonderful. At night it is very quiet.

The mattress of the double bed had like a hole in the middle, and it was impossible to sleep on it. They replace with a new one for the third night. Since we entered the apartment, there was a very strong sewerage smell in the apartment. Only on the afternoon of day 4 of our vacation , after FLH told me that they have it just in case the water will not go down the drain, I understood that the smell is coming from there, and I blocked it with a plastic bag. That solved the problem. I asked FLH for some refund, because of the mattress and the sewerage smell, but they refused.

The location of the house was amazing. In the heart of the city centre.

Terrible experience. The apartment has so many problems able to destroy your accommodation in Lisbon. Our bed was creaking with the slightest movement and the mattress wasn’t fitting in the bed frame. That said the mattress wasn’t flat and it felt like we were sleeping in a boat! We reached out the company to let them know that the condition of the bed is very poor, they checked the bed and said that the bed is functional and that the mattress is the choice of the owner, so they couldn’t do anything about that…. They suggested to move the mattress on the floor!!! So we ended up sleeping 4 nights on the floor of the living room! We paid 105€ per night (per couple) to end up sleeping on the floor!!!! That’s unacceptable! 2.The power supply (electricity) was also poor. Once you have the warming on and then you use the oven or the iron the power supply would fail! Then we had to restart the supply! 3.The shower in one of the two bathrooms was also broken. There was a missing part so it wasn’t functioning properly. 4.Last but not least, the house had so much humidity that every time we were entering the house after a walk we needed to open the windows to get some air inside because the smell was very bad! You could also see mold on the walls! (We even have pictures documenting that) Conclusion: Lisbon is beautiful, but we would never recommend this accommodation to anyone!

I liked the location, the appartment layout, the modern style (furniture, bathrooms, kitchen, doors & windows). The appartment was clean.

the wi-fi was not working in the bedrooms/ very poor signal fir the cell data as well there was a strong sewer smell in the small bathroom not enough toilet paper no option to change the towels although we stayed for more than a week very difficult to open all the door locks the matress & pillows were not comfortable there were not enough bathrooms hooks for towels/ clothes

Great location

Too stingy on paper towels and other basic necessities when you first get into the property. Be generous and your guest will have time to settle in and buy what’s needed. Internet was not working in the bedrooms and it was a great inconvenience. Please fix that. We like to think that we have internet in the whole house when we pay so much!!
