It was clean.

Only accepted cash payment, which wasn’t made clear prior to booking. There was a lack of facilities, no kettle in room and not close to any restaurants for dinner food.

The hotel itself is fine

I was treated really badly. Just couple of examples: 1) I was leaving early so could not have the breakfast that was included so I asked if they could give me a free juice or tea for dinner (the night before) since i was buying dinner as well. The answer was 'no' 2) I ordered dinner on the 1st night there and there were no prices or menu. I asked how much it would cost before ordering and then paid at the end 3) on the 2nd night I asked for a menu and we had a conversation about prices and I specifically asked to confirm whether prices were correct because some of them were crossed out and corrected with different prices. I was told that prices are correct. I was told that dinner was not available at 8 pm although it was available at 8 on the 1st night. Then I was told that only 2 types of tagine are available and nothing else on the menu. I ordered a tagine. Then other guests arrived and saw them eating couscous. Never said anything, just noted. I believe my portion was smaller than it should have been as well but never mind. When it was time to pay, I was told it was not 120 dirhams as shown on the menu but 150. Firstly, it is about 80 dirhams in a normal restaurant outside the hotel so the price was not cheap but I was ok to pay since the hotel is not surrounded by shops and restaurants but I was not happy to pay 150 instead of 120. The guy who served me called the manager. Manager came and when I tried to explain why I am not happy, he interrupted me with a 'shush sound' then asked if 120 on the table was my money and when I confirmed he threw it at me and said 'we dont need your money'. I responded that i was treated really badly and had to leave because I did not feel safe. I am not even describing other things i had to endure...

It was a bit dusty but not durty, only dust and since we had one in our team with high allergies was hard but outside of that it was impecable. Dusty but not durty!

Hôtel proche de l’aéroport, très calme et confortable. Personnel très accueillant, disponible, d’une grande gentillesse et de très bon conseil pour trouver un restaurant et nous appeler un taxi. Nous recommandons vivement
