I liked nothing

Very disappointing experience. The room was infested with insects and cockroaches, and I was even afraid to take a shower. When I mentioned this to the lady at the reception, all I received was a simple โ€˜sorryโ€™ with no action taken. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until proper pest control and hygiene measures are in place.
