Royal Links Apartment

Flexibility - we were shown a few apartments to choose from. Staff responded well to concerns raised Dan made up for "unfriendly" colleague - real asset to the establishment

Situated in a construction zone Aircon essential - was just only in living area, although could have selected an apartment where the aircon was in the bedroom.

The size & cleanliness of room.

The breakfast & reception area. Both did not give the impression of a clean set but the rooms were clean. Having the bathroom facilities next to the kitchen and having to cross from the bedroom to the living room to get to the bathroom was a little inconvenient.

The room was occupied by another client They were not ready for us despite early booking The room was shoddily cleaned after we complained and the other guest left

Ich war positiv überrascht. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, die Mitarbeiter alle sehr zuvor kommend und nett. Es wurde nicht nur täglich gereinigt sondern auch der Abwasch mit erledigt :) Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Mombasa werde ich wieder dort ein Zimmer buchen, da die Lage sehr gut ist.

Das einzige was mich nicht so gut gefallen hat war die Aussicht vom Balkon, direkt nebenan Stand ein weiteres Gebäude mit einem Meter Abstand :). Daher war es im Zimmer tagsüber ein wenig dunkel. Hatte mich jedoch nicht groß gestört da ich eh lieber in einem der zahlreichen Beachclubs gesessen habe. Der Vorteil dabei war allerdings, dass dadurch keine Sonne in das Zimmer kam und immer die Temperatur gut zu ertragen war
