I did not order this. I thought its cost is veery high. Location was ok, AC was good.

There was no drinking water in the room. You could provide water for drinking. The curtain in the kitchen was transparent. That Tv was not showing anything at night. The signing out time is not fair- you could consider signing out after 24 hours, for example I am using the SGR at 10pm to nairobi- where will I stay as I wait to leave?

The apartment is located near restaurants and supermarket. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms.

The room was equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bed provided was cozy and comfortable. Housekeeping on a daily basis free of charge and fresh towels provided everyday. The overall experience was considered a good value for the money spent. Additionally, the fridge and microwave oven in the room were in excellent working condition, adding convenience to the stay.

The toilet facilities and bathroom require upgrading as there were loose and hanging wired connections present. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was fixed and unable to be adjusted. The kitchen sink was rusted. During our six-night stay, we requested a late check-out due to our afternoon flight. However, we were charged an extra fee on an hourly basis, despite not utilizing the room during the day and checking in late. The TV only provided access to YouTube, with no availability of local channels. An electric kettle was not provided, and the kitchen utensils are in need of replacement.
