Antique Spalato Luxury Rooms

Zunächst einmal: ich denke für einen kurzen Trip nach Split, speziell die Altstadt, ist diese Unterkunft resp die Lage optimal. Die Lage trägt außerdem dazu bei, dass es extrem ruhig ist: wer die Altstadt von Split kennt und weiß, dass dort so gut wie kein Auto fahren kann, weiß was ich meine. Wer Game of Thrones gesehen hat, bekommt eine ungefähre Vorstellung. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ich denke der Platz dort möglichst optimal ausgenutzt. Es läuft alles sehr anonym ab; man bekommt einen Keycode für die Tür. Hat man dann in den verwinkelten Gassen die Unterkunft entdeckt, funktioniert der Zutritt auch einwandfrei. Die beschriebenen Einrichtungsgegenstände waren aufzufinden. Von der Unterkunft aus sind alle relevanten Punkte in der Altstadt bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für "etwas weiter" halt bekannte Anbieter für verhältnismäßig günstige Preise

Das Bad hatte leider keine Möglichkeit der Abluft: kein Fenster, keinen Ventilator. Für die Klimaanlage im Zimmer wäre eine Bedienungsanleitung hilfreich. Ich habe vielfältig auf der Fernbedienung herumgedrückt, aber offenbar war ich zu dumm einen gleichbleibend warmen Luftstrom zu erzeugen. So waren wir meist zwischen 17 und 19 Grad Zimmertemperatur, was bei kühlem Wetter etwas unangenehm ist.

It as a little hard to find in the evening so could do with some better signage however we did find it after our Uber dropped us off a few streets away as he said he couldn't take us any further. Locals were wonderful. Local area is great and not too far to walk down to the port and local restaurants.

Just better signage for at night as some people in the street didn't knw where to direct us but we did find it after no too much walking around.

Ivana was a very good host and responsive. Room was clean, well prepared and ahead of time. Had a very comfortable stay. Short walk from Old Town and in a quiet side street.

Everything about this property is perfect. Starting with the adorable courtyard at the entrance. The location is perfect for walking to all the amazing parts of Old Town!! The room is decorated beautifully and is very modern and clean.

Property is a little bit challenging to find, especially if you arrive in the evening. With that said property owner is just a phone call away!
