The appartement is recently renovated and in good condition. The kitchen has all the appliances you could need as well as some essentials like oil, salt and pepper. There are four different kinds of coffee, but no tea unfortunately.

The location is somewhat dodgy/rickety, along side other old appartment blocks a dirty parking lot, …
