Apartment Matea with terrace

Wish we had planned to stay longer. It was a really nice apartment within walking distance of town and right across from a market. Host was great to communicate with.

The wine opener had disappeared!

We were absolutely fascinated by this apartment! I would give not 10, but 12 points in Booking, if that was possible. In our experience since 2009, we always used to book studios or apartments. This apartment is the very best we stayed wherever in Europe. Spacious, perfectly equipped and very clean. Sincere thanks to the owner for the easy communication, understanding and support! We will strongly recommend this apartment to our friends, who plan to visit Zadar !

Very clean and modern.

Slightly awkward having to pre park before getting to the room to access the card for the free parking that is included with the room.

It was warm and comfortable with great communication from the host. Plus we really loved the coffee machine and other supplies that helped us settle in for the night.

Nice apartment, good location, free parking.

The flat was very clean! It is large and comfortable apartment. We used the iron and washing machine and they were good. The communication with the host was also good because we received prompt and clear instructions for everything. The parking is next to the building. And there's an elevator which brings you to the apartment when you carry your luggage. The apartment is close to the historic places.

The air-conditioning was not so good and wasn't able to cool the apartment like desired. It could be because of the extreme hot weather. Otherwise all the things were OK.

Very clean, very nice place to stay.

That only 3 out of the 5 of us could access the WIFI.
