"Accommodation was as expected but the none return on the deposit has put me off ever booking again"

Having to pay an extra deposit after paying for booking, I was told would be returned once room has been checked for damages, this was over a month ago and still not had the £50 deposit returned. This makes the room more expensive that most of the hotels in the area.
