Lovely warm welcome from staff when collecting keys - who gave very clear and precise instructions on how to reach the property. She went above beyond both at the start and end of our stay. Apartment location was excellent and very close to the city centre and supermarket such as Pingo Doce. Very clean apartment and comfortable beds.

Pillows in bedroom were very flat and only 1 per person - potentially 1 more pillow each. Also bathroom handle was missing which made it sometimes difficult to open door.

Check in and location perfect. Quiet and bed was comfy.

Shower head wasn't attached so and water went hot and cold. Could really do with having a btl of water or something available FOC....its helpful for late check ins. Pillows werent great but not bad.

The apartment is located in a great location. there are also markets nearby, so breakfast is not a problem wonderful communication with the host, excellent location, clean apartment, bed linen and towels and a mini kitchen with everything you need even for a longer stay

Not that it's a remark and we didn't have a problem because we had small luggage, but I want to share information that the apartment is on the 3rd or 4th floor, there is no elevator, so if you have big luggage you should take this into account.
