Low Cost Desterro Apartments

Great appartement and great staff!

Quite cold, but they were electric heaters so it went okay :)

*They allowed early check-in as I badly needed to get some sleep. I didnt finish my stay at Room007 Lisboa Hostel since it was the most terrible accommodation I had ever stayed. *Complete amenities. Very comfortable bed. *Clean room. New and fragrant towels. *Best value for money. *Apartment is spacious.

*No elevator and the challenge to use the door keys. But the personnel who handed me over the keys was very accommodating and helpful.

The location and staff are nice.

I’m sorry, but everything was broken, it looked really bad for 100 euro per night.

There is a door that leads to a small hallway with two apartments (each having its own door). One night, we couldn't get through the main door, so the person from the other apartment had to come and open it for us. The following night, the opposite situation occurred: the new guests from the other apartment couldn't access the door, and I had to go open it after hearing them attempting to get in. I'm not sure about the system or how the doors work, but it might be something the host could look into. Probably not the safest area of Lisbon, but no bad experiences. Besides this, good value for the money. The beds were very comfortable.

Spacious and clean apartment, well equiped. Comfortable bed and pillows. It needs some refuirbishment, e.i. new kitchen furniture. Close to metro station and 10-15 minutes walk to Rua Augusta and Praca di commercio.

The smell in the bathroom, which occured sometimes, but it is not the owner's fault as I heared that it is the problem of all apartments in the old part of Lisabon due to old instalations.

It was within walking distance to places we wanted to see and it had Wifi.

We did not realise it would be up 7 flights of stairs. 😒 Furniture was in poor condition with our bed frame coming apart at the corners. The kitchen was dilapidated, but basic appliances were provided. There was an unpleasant odour in the sunroom. Altogether a very disappointing stay.

Overal really good for the price we paid.

Nothing in particular

The location was a short walk from the city centre (15 minutes to Rossio station). There was shopping and something to eat or drink around the apartment. There is also a bus stop nearby and a metro and tram stop a little further. The apartment was quite spacious and overall clean even down to the bathtub.

The only thing I would work on is the cleanliness of the tub.
