Price was very good for what you got. And the owner wants you to be happy. I was very happy with the cleanliness and space for a one bedroom.

Convenient parking in front of the house, clean and comfortable,convenient location and reasonable price,15 minutes by car to the nearest beach
there was no kettle for boiling water, only a coffee maker, there was no salt, a big frying pan, it was deformed,There was no toothbrush kit in the bathroom. In rainy weather, the roof flowed past the drain

Very nice, clean, organized. Easy check in, host was nice enough to let us check in early due to our flight landing early.
The bed was super hard, not as comfortable as I thought it would be, as well as the couch.

Clean, plenty of sitting options, quiet neighborhood, easy to find, prompt response from host.
Two negatives- water pressure was poor, especially noticeable in shower; deadbolt on front door didn’t lock. Had lock on handle and neighborhood felt safe but always prefer a deadbolt.
