Everything appeared the same as in pictures, the whole apartment was clean, great location. The complex is very clean and quiet. Security guards were friendly. Food at Café la Mare👌

Everything was just perfect. The place is clean and so cosy. Will definitely book again. A big thank you to Leigh for always being available whenever we needed any assistance.

The safety

Firstly when I arrived at the premises the details given to me to enter the apartment were incorrect. Incorrect apartment number and incorrect code. On Wednesday I had no water the whole day and no assistance was provided, I was told I could fetch water from the outside taps but there was no bucket inside the apartment to fetch water. The money I paid when booking the apartment had an extra cost for cleaning services yet I had to wash my own dishes and take out my own bin to the outside bins, basically had to clean before I left the apartment. I could not flush nor could I shower

The lack of blinds in the bathroom the room was uncomfortable due to light from the passage. I couldnt get required darkness to sleep properly. The staff treatment during check out was unprofessional, rude and untrustworthy lying about damages on the towels without telling me when we checked for damages. Had to go back to see the claimed damages. The lack of transparency and appaling behaviour from staff was a major turn off I will never come back or recommend the property to my friends. Cheating people out of their damage deposit is a turn off. I was late for my meeting because of inconvenience fighting for my deposit having to wait 20 minutes for her to bring the money and came back with less than what we agreed on and having to fight about my full refund and driving to the office is very bad customer service. If you use the facility check out the towels and cutlery carefully to make sure you don't pay for normal dirt claimed to be stains. Also prepare for extra R1500 when you book
