Except for the pool location, they should build a separate and bigger pool for tenants. No one would want to swim whilst people are eating and staring.

The location was perfect and the quietness was top tier as we needed to work so there was no distractions.

The fact that there is no back up power. We booked it because it’s a new development and we thought it had back up power cause we needed a place that does not have load shedding, little did we know we’ll have it! Also the WiFi was very weak , we could not watch tv the whole duration of our stay.

The issue of paying the security fee. The noise during the night after 10pm The issue of inspecting a room while I already check out. I tried communicating with the host buy I did not get any response. No 1 communicated with me with the issue of refund.

It's been 5days now I still haven't received my deposit back, I was told to expect it within 3days.

Location and staff. The host was always available via phone and even came to the room when needed to assist with washing machine.

The website should mention that there is a Damage Fee Deposit which is refundable. What I did not like is that I was told the Damage Fee Deposit would be refunded to my Account within 48 hours after checking out. It took 9 days to be refunded after I made several calls. If I was quiet there was no update at all. I realised when I made the last call that the previous people who assisted me did not know how the refund was done because the last person I spoke, just after I dropped the call I received an SMS from my bank saying there is a pending refund. The next day it was in my account.

We never had breakfast but never time we will and location was easy to find
