Beach 4mintes walking. The garden is very beautiful. Wi-Fi is very fast, The manager provided us with all the facilities and was very helpful to us.

Very nice facilities, nice room with a good air condition, WiFi working good, and location was in a nice quiet area in a walking distance from the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us with scooter rental and tour arrangements for a very reasonable price.

Quick and easy contact with the owner. We could check in earlier and leave our bagage when we checked out for a day at the beach. 10/10 would book again!

The hotel was very clean as it has only recently been constructed. The beds were very comfortable and we also used the laundry service which was efficient. The beach is at the end of the road about a 5 min walk. Overall its good value for money.

The house is still under construction so the top half is not finished but this didn't affect the condition of the room. There isn't a lot of choice of restaurants near by.

Great lokalizacion. 5 minutes to the beach. There are restaurants and a market nearby. The host is very friendly and tries to help. It is possible to take water at cost, without extra charge.

Problem with hot water.

I liked everything about this place. I stayed in two places in town. This was slightly more expensive but worth every penny. Nicest and biggest room I have stayed in in Sri Lanka. Bathroom was bigger than the one I have at home. Good a/c for only a small extra cost. Strong wi-if. Clean and great location by the beach. They got the room cleaned so I could check in early. But the best thing about this place is the owner who is super friendly and helpful. I asked him if there was a barber nearby and he called them up to check they were open, drove me there, waited, drove me back and refused payment. As ever, it is these things that make the difference. Also knowledgeable about onward travel. Wish I could have stayed longer and great value for money. They also organised a tuk tuk back to Trinco at way less than the cost of Pick Me. Thanks.

As with all places in Sri Lanka, some hand soap in the bathroom would be great but perhaps people steal it?

Near the beach, near the tour agency. Kindly house owner. I forgot to order an air conditioner room, so I have a hot night.

Very neat and comfortable stay with air conditioned rooms and clean toilets. Parking space available. Fridge and basic kitchen items available. The best part is it's great location. Only few mins walk to Nilaveli beach.

Very helpful staff always ready to help. One of the best Wi-Fi in Sri Lanka
