"Solides Apartment in Zentrumsnähe."

Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung problemlos und gut organsiert; gut ausgestattet und sehr zentrumsnahe Lage (10-15min zu Fuß).

Die Coach war etwas hart und unbequem, trotz zusätzlicher Decken-Unterlage. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

L’appartamento é accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Posizione abbastanza buona, a 15 min a piedi dal centro. Una bella passeggiata.

Purtroppo a causa dei giorni di festa il parcheggio privato era pieno e abbiamo dovuto mettere la macchina in un parcheggio a pagamento. Quindi non c’è effettivamente il parcheggio privato garantito.

Très bel appartement super bien situé, au troisième étage donc très calme. Accueil super sympa et parking très pratique dans un espace privé.

La sdb demande un peu de petits travaux de maintenance. Pommeau de douche à changer, planche de WC à refixer.

Nice building, good location, nice personel, air conditioning, great coffee machine with coffee, kitchen good equipped

With loft it has almost nothing in common. It is just a flat and requires some renovation - especially the bathroom. The size is much overestimated. It is not 50m2 but rather 35m2 at maximum. For 2 people it is ok, but for more you have to sleep on the sofa in the living room with kitchen where the refrigerator is quite loud
