Very good location from the kedar ghat beautiful sunrise point of the captain Villa from terrace

Beautiful location.....located at Kedarghat,varanasi which is hardly 100-120 meters away from drop location(harishchandra ghat). Not to worry about that because they have send their staff to guide us and staff have also carried the luggage.very supportive staff in every aspects. Neat & clean rooms. Also have the view of river ganga from the terrace of the property. Over all very nice property in varanasi for stay.very supportive staff

Nothing at all

This hotel was a serious disappointment. While the room was clean, the price was a total rip-off. You can easily find similar or better accommodations in Varanasi for a fraction of the cost, around ₹1500–₹2000 per night. ​The location is a major problem. It's listed as being near Harishchandra Ghat, but it's a two-kilometer walk away. Don't trust Google Maps; the streets in Varanasi are often one-way, making it incredibly difficult to navigate, especially for a driver unfamiliar with the area. The long walk each morning and evening was a significant inconvenience. ​Since the hotel is so far from the main markets and attractions, it seemed to have very few guests. It feels like they're trying to make up for the lack of business by overcharging the few people who do book a stay here. Overall, the hotel is severely overpriced and the inconvenient location makes it a terrible value.

Nice location and staff very helpful

The location is great, kedar ghat is right in front of the hotel. Even though you have get off at harishchandra ghat road and then walk for 5-10 minutes to reach the hotel.

Room was very small, kettle didn’t work, no geyser in the bathroom, bed was too small even in terms of height. My brother accidentally lost the keycard to our room on the last day of our stay. They tried to scam us into paying them 3k for it even though the kind keycard they provided barely costs 50-100 rs. (We have our own hotel business back in our city). Room cleaning was not done even once during our entire 4 days of stay.

The manager Anshu Gupta did his job very well. He was polite, helped wherever help was needed, friendly and with a smile on his face. The rest of the staff was the same. Great team of people!!!

The property is well worth all the kind words, very neat and clean, great location for anyone that wants to explore the local life and the vicinity to the Ghat and all main attractions is the best thing. At the very top is the exceptional service by Anshu and the team, this has completely transformed our experience, I cannot recommend the stay any more. Just try it once and enjoy Banaras.

Only thing that can be done is addition of a lift.

Very hospitable. Great location if you are explorer. If you wish to access ghats n some high energy spots, this is the location for you. Beautiful rooms. Just be prepared to walk. As its bylanes of benaras.
