Genel anlamda merkeze yakın gibi gözükse de bayır yukarı 15-20 dk yürüyerek ulaşıyorsunuz. Araba ya da taksi yoksa zulüm olabilir. Genel anlamda yorumlarda da temiz olduğu söylense de yatakların içinde uzun uzun saçlar ve vücut kılları vardı. Çarşaflar değiştirilmemiş sadece düzeltilip üstü örtülmüştü. Ayrıca bebek karyolası da kirliydi. Tuvalette de yine kıllar vardı. Tam temizlenmemişti. Özetle yüzeysel temizlik yapılmıştı. Ek bilgi olarak saç kurutma makinesi yok. Belki istenirse verilebilir ama olması gerekir diye düşünüyorum

L'appartement en lui même est vraiment bien, l'hôte est disponible. C'était propre.

Merkezi konum olması ve apartmanın ve dairenin güzel olması konaklama için olumlu oldu. Birkaç günlük kullanım için tercih edilebilir.

We stood in a new apartment but it was not finished.

I booked 3 apartments for 3 families. When we arrived they had only ONE apartment They offered us another one 15 min away by car. We didn't like it but it was the only option. So I paid for 3 apartments in the same bulding and the host offered us just 2 for the same money.

When me and my family arrived at the property, (tired after a long car trip to Skopje) all the doors were closed. Thus, we called the host for at least 8 times on 2 different phone numbers, but no one answered (because North Macedonia is not in the EEA, i was charged 27 euros by the mobile operator for all the calls). After almost half an hour, she texted us saying she doesn’t have an available apartment for only one night and no further explanation, without replying to the other messages. Please do not book this apartment.

The apartment itself that we ended up staying in with my family was fine, but it was not the apartment we had booked! The hosts moved us to another flat over 10 min. drive away from our planned area due to personal reasons - at the time of check-in and without any prior notice! As if they were operating a scam and not a hospitality business. While the location of the new flat was central, it was in a super crowded part of Skopje, with traffic jams that I had intentionally tried to avoid, and without proper or easy parking available in front of that new building we were moved to. The flat was fine, but instead of the modern one I paid for we were moved into one that had outdated furniture, it was not thoroughly cleaned, and had a half-broken shower. Still, it was fine for the night, and at least the beds were comfortable. They did give us a complimentary late check-out for the inconvenience, but by then our entire evening had already been heavily disrupted. On top of that, their utterly unprofessional and dismissive behavior, first by informing us over the phone of the change of flats and second by offering no apology in person upon arrival, treating the situation as if it were not a big deal - made the whole experience disappointing.

Without warning or prior notice, the hosts shamelessly changed the original location of the flat I booked as non-refundable. My elderly parents and I were traveling with extremely tight logistics around Macedonia, balancing between a wedding and commuting to the airport a few hours later. As soon as we arrived to pick up the keys at the estimated hour of check-in (15 min. before the wedding my parents had to attend!), the hosts casually informed me that other guests had extended their stay and that there was no longer a place for us in the flat I had originally booked - specifically for its location! I was already parked there, with our bags out of the car, and with only 15 min. to check in and settle. Yet no one bothered to even be there in person to welcome us and offer an apology. We were rejected and redirected to a new location over a phone call, one that I had to make to ask what was happening and why no one was there! With complete disregard for the situation and utter indifference, the hosts brushed me off and dismissed the entire mess as if it were not a big deal that they were throwing us into a new location over 10 min. drive away. The lady had the audacity to suggest we leave the car with our bags there, to just go to the wedding (without any keys to the new flat), and not make a big deal out of it (all over the phone). The people directing us to the new flat also behaved condescendingly. The hosts basically dictated how we should handle our own time and personal plans, without so much as sending someone in person to take immediate responsibility from the start, and without any prior timely notice of the change. Over an hour of our tightly planned night was lost in vain, while they tried to mask the situation as if we should be glad to get a "better" flat! They came off as unprofessional, insulting, and careless. I would avoid this place unless you want to be treated with the same indifference if you have any issues.

The host tried to scam us. I had booked an apartment in Skopje, but when we arrived she took us to a different place, claiming it was “more central.” The apartment smelled terrible, was in very poor condition, and looked nothing like the one advertised on Booking. It felt like a one-star place at best, not what we paid for. We refused to stay. Be very careful – this is misleading and dishonest.
