A szállásadóval nem lehetett kommunikálni, telefont nem vette fel több órás próbálkozás ellenére sem. A szállást nem tudtuk elfoglalni, így kénytelenek voltunk másik szállást keresni késő este.

It's close to the center. Easy parking. Safe. Host communicates well.

There was an issue with the wifi but it's not that big of an issue. The area was not quiet, thou the loud noises are not coming from the building, it's the neighbors that are loud. The constant revving of motorcycles up until midnight was not pleasant.

The place was clean and very comfortable. The only issue was the check-in process — we arrived at night, and communication with the staff was a bit problematic.

Gute Lage. Die gute Erreichbarkeit der Besitzerin.

Meine Hauptgrund für die Wahl der Unterkunft für meine Familie waren die hohen Bewertungen bezüglich Sauberkeit. Leider entsprach Unterkunft diesen Erwartungen nicht (diverse Haare auf dem Bett, die Bettlaken und Handtücher nicht ausreichend vorhanden, es gab kein Toilettenpapier, nachts kein warmes Wasser...). Die Besitzerin hat sich zumindest entschuldigt und erklärt, dass sie die Kontrolle des Zustands der Unterkunft vor der Einreise meiner Familie nicht geschafft habe. Ich möchte anregen, dass die Kommunikation mit den Kunden künftig in einer vorwurfsfreien Atmosphäre stattfindet. Als Kunden ist es uns auch gestattet, auf etwaige Fehler hinzuweisen.
