The property has no reception welcoming guests, the way to the property is too creepy, the atmosphere of the place when you enter is not comfortable at all, you feel like there are ghosts around you. I didn’t even stay half a day in property and i already paid the whole stay (5 days), because I couldn’t ever feel comfortable by the place and the atmosphere. I don’t wish this experience to anyone.

Staff

I spent quite some time considering how to write this review. To begin with, I’d like to say that the staff were genuinely friendly and polite, which I truly appreciated. However, there are several issues that I feel the villa management should take a closer look at. 1. On my first day of arrival, the main glass sliding door was broken. Although it was repaired, it was still clearly in poor condition. As I was travelling alone, this made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable throughout my stay. 2. Upon check-in, I noticed that three of the towels had visible stains. As I was travelling solo, I only requested two towels to be replaced to avoid causing inconvenience. I informed the staff around 4pm, but they only came to replace them at 9pm. I felt this was quite late and could have been handled earlier. 3. During my four-night stay, the electricity in my villa shut down three times on the second night, which was very frightening. Fortunately, I managed to turn the main switch back on myself. I informed the staff the next morning and was told the issue would be checked. While I gave them the benefit of the doubt, the same problem occurred again on the third night. As a result, I struggled to sleep well for most of my stay. 4. Soundproofing is another concern. Noise from the neighbouring villa was clearly audible, which further affected my ability to rest. 5. I agree with some previous reviews that the location is quite secluded. While this is understandable as the area is still developing and not necessarily the hotel’s fault, I would not recommend this place for solo female travellers. It may be more suitable for families if the issues mentioned above are addressed. Overall, I believe this property has a lot of potential. With closer attention to maintenance, safety, and guest comfort, the experience could be significantly improved.

we have stayed here a few times and they have been great! nice villa quiet location and the staff is really attentive

I like everything about the property, was extremely cosy, the host (Made btortherb) made it a very pleasant stay. He was very helpful and kind, along with other staffs in the area. The place was very aesthetic and i felt very comfortable staying there albeit my food poisoning condition. Another bonus was that the place was near to the Liga Padel & Tennis, which made it very convenient for me to visit the tennis courts any time. I cant think about choosing another place to stay when i come back to bali next year.

The location was a little harder for grab/gojek drivers to find, but nonetheless this is a small issue.
