Location is excellent for Beverley, small but well appointed with onsite parking a real plus.

Being tall I did find the size of the accommodation tight, but for a short stay it worked very well

Difficult to score any less than good because it had all the facilities expected for a two person stay and a great location. Could not score higher because the place is very limited for space and the spiral staircase very cramped and not easy to descend. That being said we would still return.

Space very limited. Tricky spiral staircase for older people.

"Tiny living"

Great location. Comfortable bed.

Tiny apartment with too many unnecessary items which make cluttered. Same for parking currently only suitable for very small car and difficult to yourself out of car. Wifi tv difficult to use and wifi very limited. Door lock not operating well on our stay and was difficult to close. Then on last day locks wouldn’t disengage and we were trapped inside. Called host for over 1 1/2 hours but only message bank, finally we had no alternative and had to call fire department would dismantled door to let us out. Hence we were then late for returning our rental car and next destination. Missing sharp knife to cut things and dish cloth. Our recommendation with having travelled extensively and owning real estate and being real estate agents would be to de clutter both unit and parking area. Due to small area minimal items would be recommended in all areas and one mirror ample. By doing that property would present better.

The best place to stay for location. Right next to the Minster.

Less plant pots in the parking area would have made parking easier (that big half-barrell could go at least).
