Lovely little cottage, very cosy, very clean and great location.

Well equipped, comfortable and warm.

Stairs are quite tight

Size .I wouldn't call this property a cottage..Shower to small ..Everything just cramped..

We visited as a couple and this property more than exceeded our expectations. It is a very compact property, so may not suit people with mobility issues. There is a toilet and wash basin down stairs, lounge/kitchen area with sofa, internet TV, sink, microwave, toaster and single portable stove (no oven). A narrow spiral staircase leads you to the first floor where you'll find a very comfortable double bed with full ensuite bathroom (including second toilet). WiFi is also available at this property and private, off street parking. During the better weather, there is a small outside garden area to relax in. Upper views of Beverley minster are available from the garden area of the property and Beverley town center, along with the train station is only a few minutes walk away.. We very much enjoyed our stay here, Andy met us on arrival, was very helpful and friendly.

As above, although perfect for us, it is very compact so unsuitable for people with mobility issues, especially with the very narrow spiral staircase.
