Beautiful and Contemporary Cornish townhouse in Penzance

Gute Ausstattung, vollständige Kücheneinrichtung, optimale Lage mitten in der Stadt. Sehr ruhig gelegen, ca. 5 min zum Hafen, Bus und Bahn.

Kein Parkplatz in direkter Wohnungsnähe, Abfallentsorgung nicht optimal.

Very nice kitchen, well equiped. Nice and new bathrooms, comfortable lounge. Good location.

It would be good with towel hangers in the bathroom. More detailed information about how to dispose plastic and glass bottles. Booking.com couldn't give the code to the keybox, we needed to call.

Key lock was hard to open Having to take rubbish up the street to bin in alley way as cottage back door locked. . No place for recycling and we didn’t have a car so couldn’t take it to supermarket Towels very thin and no shower gel. Limited provisions

Great location, clean, comfortable and lovely decor - only wish we good have stayed longer!

It was a touch on the cold side but maybe cause of single glazed bedroom - we fiddled with the thermostat a bit which helped. Wouldn’t be an issue in summer months!

Fantastic location - great kitchen amenities for self catering - spacious.

House needs some freshening - lots of chipped paint everywhere - windows let in a lot of cold air - pillows were flimsy - maybe some art on the walls? It felt quite sterile. - oh, and put a curtain over the window outside the bathroom!

Great central location, near to station, restaurants, shops - all within walkable distance. We appreciated the little touches - milk in the fridge and teabags in the cupboard. Very comfortable beds and all very clean. We had everything we needed and very much enjoyed our stay in your lovely house. We really like the blinds :)

Traffic noise from the street - I guess made worse due to the road closure.

Spacious, cosy, close to all pubs, shops and transportation. Kitchen: newly built - extra nice 👍.

Location is very good to visit the places around Penzance since it's about 5 min to walk to the railway station and the bus station. The apartment provides the cooking materials and tools in the kitchen so that it is very easy to cook by ourselves.

There is no rest room in the ground floor. So if you want to use the toilet you must go to the upper floor.
