I hated everything about the property and did not stay.

Imagine you are from another country with excited family and then you stay outside the facility with no one for more than an hour and it’s already evening. It was terrible and the property looked haunted .

I arrived at the property and found that no one was there to assist us. We waited at the gate for two hours, but still no one came. We then had to contact Booking.com, and eventually someone was able to locate the owner of the property. She arrived about 15 minutes later. What was most disappointing was that she showed no remorse or concern for the situation. Because of this, we decided to cancel the booking and find alternative accommodation. I am very unhappy with this experience and I hope Booking.com will review the properties listed on their platform more carefully. At this point, I no longer feel comfortable using Booking.com to book accommodation.
