The place was convinient and close to the mall.

Room conditioner in room 8 was not functional. The shower did have warm water

This is a scam, no one there to assist. Property was empty.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and it was nice and clean.

Only complaints are that we shorted a towel and our toilet roll was basically finished, with no extra. No serious complaints though, guess just minor inconveniences.

Not much

Staff was not on site. Needed to fetch them to help us. Needed to go to a different location to pay. Accommodation was not what the pictures showed on the app. Only 2 glasses, 2 towels etc for a family of 4? Parking was horrible. Worste stay ever booked over bookings by a mile

We appreciated the aircon and the extra blankets because it was cold because of those two we slept very nice.

I appreciate the fact that the staff woke us earlier reason being noisy e.g. talking loud,dragging staff around and the just couldn’t keep down. It was early in the morning for future reference please advise them to be as quiet as possible in the mornings because it really didn’t sit well with us.

Was not the room I had booked. Confurmation on the room I had booked had an aircon only a fan. We were 2 guests only 1 towel supplied. The security light shone onto the bedroom window which had white curtains.
