Everything absolutely perfect.

Everything was great!

The balcony offers a view of the neighboring building with a glimpse of the sea. While the building is under construction, there was no work going on during our stay, so it was quiet and pleasant. The apartment itself is in great condition, with a modern and well-maintained bathroom. The only minor issue was that some water would escape from the shower while in use—not a major inconvenience, just a bit puzzling given that everything is newly renovated. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Parking and proximity to Polignano.

Absolute scam - do not book this property. Advised on the morning of arrival that the hot tub was not working, advised we would be given a refund and now will not respond to any form of contact to resolve. Broken furniture at the property, significant mould in the property, a hole in the exterior wall of the property, significant building work right in front of the property that we were not informed of (will wake you up at 7am and have builders looking into the apartment). I became ill on the first night staying in the property from the aircon. The boiler stopped working and we had no hot water. Absolutely awful stay, not worth the money, extremely poor customer service and I have evidence of all of the above so this is not opinion but fact. I cannot upload all the photo evidence on here. As a frequent traveller this is by far the worst accommodation I have stayed in and the worst customer service experienced. Stay clear of this property.

Everything, it was overlooking a construction site we couldnt park anywhere, couldnt even get into the apartment a neighbour had to help get in the door we didnt stay as nothing was like what was advertised

Fantastic little apartment with all you need for a great stay! Next to principal beaches you can discover Monopoli by walk ! Staff is amazing and for sure we'll be back asap!

A fairly spacious apartment.

We recently stayed at San Vito Luxury Accomodation and unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. We contacted the host directly to try and resolve the issues, but unfortunately, these were not adequately addressed. During our stay, we encountered several significant problems that significantly impacted our enjoyment of the vacation. These included: - Unusable Air Conditioning: The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms was broken, resulting in unbearably hot nights and poor sleep quality. - Non-Functional Hot Tub: The hot tub was initially empty and defective, with several parts falling apart. Despite being filled, the broken heating system rendered it unusable. - Strong Gas Odor: A concerning gas odor was present in and around the apartment, particularly noticeable when using hot water. This raised safety concerns and was unpleasant. - Other Issues: Additionally, we experienced a broken balcony door handle, power outages, unreliable Wi-Fi, and broken outdoor furniture, etc. A construction site directly in front of the building obstructed almost all the sea view. Additionally, litter was strewn all around the apartment, creating an unpleasant environment.

The accommodation was beautiful. It was lovely to come back to the apartment in the heat of the day to such a comfortable, cool environment.

Wonderful self contained apartment with large balcony and spa. Short walk to main town centre and beaches. On site parking and bathrobes / slippers are a nice touch.

Parking was a little difficult to navigate as it was a narrow driveway. However manageable and would recommend a small car . Unfortunately there was construction going on in front of our accommodation. To no fault of the owners .

The accommodation was in an excellent location in terms of access to Polignano

Access to and from the garage is a little constricted. The AC wasn't working in one of the bedrooms.
